Acceptance
By downloading or playing an ArcadeOnToast game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our games.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games for entertainment on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer our games or any part of them.
Leaderboards and fair play
Online leaderboards are provided through Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services and are subject to those platforms' terms. Don't cheat, exploit bugs to inflate scores, or use offensive player names. We may report abusive behavior to the platform.
No warranty
Our games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them bug-free and fun, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcadeOnToast is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our games.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our games after changes means you accept the updated terms.
